Forensic officials collect evidence at an apartment in Bang Sao Thong district in Samut Prakan where a woman from Myanmar stabbed an intruder to death. The 21-year-old Myanmar woman, the tenant of the apartment, was waiting inside the room and appeared frightened. But when she opened the door, she said the man pushed her inside and grabbed her in an attempt to sexually assault her. The man had knocked on the door of her room the previous night to ask for someone, said the woman. The woman and other witnesses were taken to the police station for further questioning.
